If you would like a physical membership card card, please complete a payment and your card(s) will be sent to you within 2-6 weeks.

Please note that all members can access their digital membership card at any time on the CCFR Mobile App.

For a single card, the fee is $10.00

For Family memberships where both the primary member and spouse desire a card, please select the $20.00 amount.
